á  Identified credible risks to our previous consumer brand (Starware with negative industry perception) and after careful industry and antivirus analysis, discovered, acquired, defined and delivered the ALOT brand initiative on schedule to eliminate these risks and save the toolbar business.

á  Led the critical migration from Yahoo!'s syndicated search results to Google's AFS/AFE product with a very aggressive 30 day window with zero downtime and zero loss in revenue. This was directly responsible for a 30% increase in net revenue for 2007.

á  Provided strategic and product level expertise and leadership to the organization and served as the ALOT brand champion to ensure we met our corporate budget while maintaining the brand integrity.

á  As a direct result of my efforts, the ALOT brand significantly outperforms the legacy Starware brand: RPMLU is 62% higher and retention is 14% improved.

á  Researched and defined the incredibly successful ALOT Home Page project (home.alot.com), which capitalizes on  toolbar downloads as a vehicle for setting the users home page ($25k/day+ in revenue and growing).

á  Managed a team of 12+ employees, including the Product Management team, the Art, Creative & User Interface team, the Content Management team and the Customer Support team.

á  Defined the clean up and rating change of SuperHoroscopes.com which now serves as a primary traffic destination for ALOT toolbars.

á  Defined and vetted with industry experts and the Antivirus community a solid plan to restore the brand integrity to Screensavers.com with plans to provide clean distribution of desktop applications and serve as a primary distribution vehicle for ALOT toolbars.
